The department of Electronics was established in the year 1980 with financial assistance from University Grant Commission under Restructure Orientation of Courses Scheme.

Objective of the Department:
The main objective of the Department is to provide quality education to young electronics learners and transform them into responsible hardware thinker and motivate them to attain professional excellence for the betterment of the society
Infrastructure:
The department has two fully equipped laboratories, one computer lab, a store room and two offices for teaching faculty

The Department has shown excellent performances since its establishment i.e. 1980.
- The students of B.Sc with Electronics as one of the subject are working as Administrators, University / College / School teachers, scientist in reputed government organization such as CEERI Pilani and DRDO.
